Books purchased from us are eligible only for replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Keep the item in its original condition with an outer box or cases and other accompaniments for a successful return. We may contact you to ascertain the damages or defects in the product prior to issuing replacement.
In an unlikely scenario, if the returned books are not in stock, we’ll try to replace it with another book of your choice or refund will be initiated subject to management approval.
